PROPOSE, COLLABORATE OR FINANCE LoP PROJECTS.

We’ve launched Landofprojects with some ideas of what this projects’ incubator is. Everybody can propose, finance or collaborate any project that improves society, people and/or environment. Culture, social meetings, sport activities, health, circular economy… all these concepts are able to be part of LoP. Eco mobility is a great challenge to be explored too.

When you propose a project at LoP, you will own the majority shareholding. Collaborators will be remunerated under a share-based payment arrangement.

Finance projects is possible. The money will be delivered as a long-term debt. When the project is launched and formally constituted, all funding providers will have priority to exchange their debts with a share stake of the new company. This is a great opportunity for successful projects because funders will also be allowed to expand their contribution to the capital of the project.
